Agent network VTU platform with mobile apps

Challenge

Agents were using three different tools to sell airtime and pay bills. Commissions were calculated manually in spreadsheets, disputes were common, and the owner had no single view of float across the network.

What we did

We built a VTU core with provider integrations, a web portal for admin and partner management, and native mobile apps so agents could sell on the move. Every transaction logged to a wallet ledger with exportable settlement reports.

Outcome

Same-day visibility into sales and float, commission payouts automated weekly, and support tickets dropped because agents could trace every failed transaction themselves.
